研究方向:
1) 以氧化态二茂铁为还原响应性基团,构建了一系列刺激响应性多功能药物/siRNA 共运输体系,在细胞和活体实验中证明,这些体系可以减小化疗药物的副作用,并有望克服癌细胞的耐药性。
2) 基于电荷反转两亲分子和电荷反转柱芳烃,以细胞膜为作用靶点,初步建立了破膜抗癌新体系,实现了选择性破膜抗癌,为化疗药物的研发提供了新的思路。
3)基于超分子策略,构建安全高效,波长可调的超分子光引发剂。
