Abstract : In this study, well-ordered multilayer graphene has been obtained via highly oriented polyethylene (OPE) films. Optical microscopy (OM), atomic force microscopy (AFM), Raman laser spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and tran**ission electron microscopy (TEM) results indicated that the obtained graphene films were continuous and uniform in lattice orientation. Optical and electrical characterization of the prepared graphene revealed that the thin films are stable in air and exhibit better optical and electrical properties than that obtained from non-oriented polyethylene (nOPE).
