研究领域:
面对新能源汽车对于绿色化、轻量化、高性能弹性体材料的重大需求以及国家“3060”双碳战略的要求,聚焦于杜仲胶、蒲公英橡胶以及超聚态天然橡胶的高性能绿色化制备技术以及新能源汽车用弹性体材料结构与性能的研究等基础研究及产业化开发工作。

研究方向

方向一,新能源汽车“轮胎”用高性能工程化材料:面对新能源汽车对于绿色、轻量化、高性能“轮胎”用工程材料的重大需求以及国家“3060”双碳战略的要求,针对新能源汽车“轮胎”用橡胶材料进行绿色化、轻量化以及高性能化研究,开发出高性能、绿色化、低成本蒲公英橡胶制备技术,制备出具有低玻璃化转变温度、低储能模量以及与金属粘接剥离强度高的蒲公英橡胶材料,可应用于新能源汽车带束层、乘用冬季轮胎的雪地胎面材料。

 

方向二,新能源汽车“空气弹簧”用高性能功能化材料:面对新能源汽车对于长寿命、轻量化、绿色化、高性能“空气弹簧”用功能材料的重大需求以及国家“3060”双碳战略的要求,针对新能源汽车“空气弹簧”用橡胶材料进行绿色化、轻量化以及高性能化进行研究,开发出高性能、绿色化、低成本杜仲橡胶制备技术,制备出的杜仲胶具有耐疲劳、高模量、低生热、及耐裂纹扩展的特点,可应用于新能源汽车空气悬架底盘的“空气弹簧”材料。

 

方向三,生物医用复合材料及功能器件:面对国家对于人民群众的健康需求,利用杜仲胶材料的低温可塑、高抗冲击以及形状记忆特性;同时利用蒲公英橡胶和超聚态天然橡胶的低模量、高伸长、高回弹特性;研究开发体育护具、残疾人辅具、骨科固定矫形、牙科根管治疗充填等具有改善人民大众健康以及治疗功能的生物医用复合材料及功能器件。
