先后主持和参与了国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划等项目。出版《原子力显微镜及聚合物微观结构与性能》(科学出版社)专著一部,参编英文专著一部;在Science, PNAS,J. Am. Chem. Soc., Adv. Mater., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Macromolecules等期刊上发表SCI论文80余篇;任《Polymer》编委;与美国麻省大学,美国伦斯勒理工学院、日本东京工业大学等建立了紧密的国际合作。
