已在J.M.C, Dalton Trans,J of Polym Sci, Part A,Polymer,Ind & Eng Chem Res,J of Ind and Eng Chem, Catalyst Letters, J of Mater Sci, Langmuir,Macromolecules 等杂志上发表论文约90余篇,申请发明专利90余项(已授权46项)及PCT 2项,形成了比较完整的知识产权保护体系。开创性地设计合成了全杂环非茂金属催化剂,提出了催化剂新结构、新组成与分子设计新理念。在催化剂的主配体中引入强吸电子基团, 使β-H消除反应较难发生, 获得高分子量聚烯烃,属于国际领先水平。最先提出了Polyolefin Dream “聚烯烃梦”概念,包括极性烯烃与非极性烯烃共聚合、无助催化剂的烯烃配位聚合两方面的研发工作。获得2017年度中国石油基础研究奖。承担和参与国家自然科学基金重点项目、面上项目,北京市自然科学基金,中石油创新基金,中石油跨越式重点项目,中石油专项,中石油超前研究项目,中海油及国家石油天然气管网公司等单位的项目30项。
优势技术:(1)茂金属聚烯烃(POE,mPE),已拥有在高温聚合时具有高活性的催化剂;(2)茂金属催化剂负载新方法,解决了茂金属催化剂负载量低、催化剂容易从载体脱落的问题;(3)超高分子量聚乙烯,已拥有超高分子量聚烯烃的合成技术和催化剂制备技术的知识产权;(4)新型催化剂,基于我们开创的全杂环非茂金属催化剂,合成超高分子量极性聚烯烃共聚物;(5)超高分子量长链烯烃聚合物的合成催化剂和合成技术,产物是性能优异的液体油管道输送的减阻剂;(6)Ziegler-Natta催化剂:UHMWPE及高性能聚乙烯管材专用料的催化剂;(7)高阻隔材料EVOH的合成方法与工艺技术;
