研究领域

生物医用材料是涉及材料学、生物学、组织工程学等多学科的交叉领域和研究前沿。伴随人类社会逐渐进入“后抗生素时代”,传统抗生素药物资源日益枯竭,因此开发新型抗菌功能化高分子材料并揭示其抗菌机制具有重要的科学意义和应用前景。另一方面,通过高分子材料的微图案化或多层次手性物质的精准构筑对调控细胞在生物医用材料表面的生理过程、揭示细胞与生物医用材料的相互作用机制具有重要指导意义。

主要研究方向如下:

1)新型天然高分子抗菌材料的设计与构建;

2)材料表面的抗菌功能化修饰及抗菌机理研究;

3)材料表面的图案化及其与细胞的相互作用机制研究;
