教育部“弹性体材料节能与资源化”工程研究中心主任,“有机无机复合材料”国家重点实验室副主任,教育部长江学者创新团队负责人,全国高校黄大年式教师团队负责人,“聚合物工程”国家级教学团队负责人,国家精品课“聚合物加工工程”负责人。


科研成果与获奖情况

带领团队长期工作在科研一线,在“高性能橡胶纳米复合材料、绿色橡胶材料和特种功能橡胶材料”领域取得多项成果,转化应用于国内众多企业。2011年获何梁何利科学与技术创新奖-青年创新奖,2012年获光华工程科技奖-青年奖,2014年评为全国优秀科技工作者,2020年获赵永镐科技创新奖。先后获得美国化学会橡胶分会Sparks-Thomas Award、国际聚合物加工学会Morand Lambla Award、日本化工学会Asia Research Award、国际橡胶会议组织IRCO Medal和英国材料、矿物和矿业学会Colwyn Medal。
